The New Student Center was built on the existing Soldier’s Armory on the Morgan State University Campus in Baltimore, Maryland. HESS demolished the 12,500-SF armory building and constructed the new 134,760-SF, three-story Student Center. The New Student Center provides services to enrich the students’ campus living experience and includes a student lounge, food service, seating area, cyber cafe, sweet shop and information area.
