HESS constructed the iconic award-winning, story-story stone 220,000-SF Earl S. Richardson Library. The building is centered on Morgan State’s campus. The library is designed to facilitate access of library holdings, showcase the special African-American collection of manuscripts and memorabilia, and provide study spaces complete with state-of-the-art technology for students, faculty and staff. The buildinh houses spaces for open learning, meeting rooms, classrooms, computer labs and lounges.
