The project included renovation of 70,000 square feet, new construction of 17,000 square feet and restoration of the historical facade of three buildings. The design provided for additions to the gymnasium, student dining room, media center and main lobby, and adaptive reuse of the historic building to accommodate the expanding program. The scope of work involved selective architectural and structural reconstruction, complete design build MEP systems and state-of-the-art security and telecommunication systems.
