HESS constructed the new two-story 91,697-SF elementary school using CM at Risk. The new school includes a gymnasium and multi-purpose room that is accessible to the community during non-school hours. The younger children in lower grades are located on the ground floor with second through fifth grades on the second level. Classrooms are equipped with interactive educational technology including controlled wireless computer access and interactive systems and flexible spaces for alternate spaces for alternate student group arrangements.
