This project involved the complete demolition of the existing 45,000-SF school, the renovation of the 4,880-SF gymnasium and new construction of approximately 70,000-SF, for a total 74,880 gross square feet. Additionally, HESS performed all site work, roadwork and utility relocation to include the installation of new underground storm water management facility. The new building contains 26 new classrooms, a new administration area, new multi-purposes facilities, a new kitchen, new building maintenance facilities, a renovated gymnasium, a new media center and computer room, a new art room, new bathrooms, a new stairway and a new elevator.
